- The Steamboat Springs Stage Race will American Cycling Association sanctioned event and have the following 9 fields racing.
• Men Pro-1-2
• Women 1-2,3,35+
• Men 3
•  Men 4
• Men 35+,35+ 3
• Men 35+ 4/45+ 4
• Women 4, 45+, 55+, 65+
• Men 45+
• Men 55+, 65+.
• Junior 15-16/17-18
-Pre-registration only, no day of registration. Racers must have an American Cycling Association license or be prepared to purchase a day license($10) for each day of racing. USCF categories will translate to ACA, but USCF licenses are not acceptable.
-$120 registration fee until August 8th midnight, increasing to $140 after the 8th.
-Online registration via bikereg.com closing Tuesday August 31 at midnight.
-Completed 2010 ACA entry form/release and check payable to Steamboat Stage Race must be postmarked by Thursday August 26th and sent to SSSR, PO Box 773023, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477
-Promoter reserves right to adjust prize list and combine fields if minimums are not met.
-$7,500 in total cash for overall G.C. classification,
-Equal payout for Men Pro-1-2 & Women 1-2-3, 35+
-$2500 daily merchandise prizes and podium ceremony for top 3.
-Cash primes for criterium, total TBD.
-All registered racers who start the time trial are entered to win a Moots Road frame!
-The official race hotel is again the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel offering special rates for the race weekend. Their special rates include: $89 studios with queen bed, sleeper sofa, and kitchenette. $89 Double queen and Deluxe king rooms. $147 2 bedroom condos and $122 1 bedroom condos.
Rates do not include taxes and no rooms will be held for the event, so book early! Please call 1-877-269-2628 and refer to the Steamboat Springs Stage Race to get the special rates. a $25 non-refundable deposit is required, but cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Steamboat Springs is located:
• 3 hours from Denver
• 5.5 hours from Park City/Salt Lake City, UT
• 4 hours from Colorado Springs
• 4 hours from Grand Junction
The local Airport is Hayden(HDN) and has daily flights with United Airlines. Once in Steamboat Springs, there is a free bus service and bike path making travel around town without a car easy. All race courses are a short ride outside of town.
